Thanks for the response Julien. Merced Performance Suite does those things, especially for environments where performance metrics for hundreds-tens of thousands of employees are scattered in lots of diverse systems (e.g., sales, service, collections, phone systems, order, billing, etc.).

Hi David,

Thanks for the note. I didn’t think Practique’s INCA system could do objectives alignment, goal management and employee evaluation. I was under the impression it was specifically for SPM. As I said before I have not seen Practique in action, so forgive me if I left them out.
