		<description>Maybe a medal or two would have worked in Napoleon's day, but I'm not sure you'd find many folks around the office that eager to show off so many flashy pieces of flair. And it doesn't do much to keep them motivated anyway. Keep it simple, like your example of the 'thank you' note, and you'll be surprised at how far a genuine sign of appreciation can take you.</description>
