I’m a management consultant with over 10 years of experience in the areas of sales operations, incentive compensation, sales strategy, performance management, strategic planning, business process improvement, and system integration.
Quick Facts:
- I am fluent in French, English and Spanish, and I speak some Chinese (Mandarin). This has proven useful managing teams from around the world.
- My first ‘real’ full-time summer job was as an e-commerce programmer for the Canadian National Research Council when I was 16.
- I have a second degree black belt in karate (which can be handy to get people to agree with me :-)
- I am a professional engineer, a certified project management professional (PMP), certified ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt, and cerfified ITIL professional.
- I have worked with over 30 organizations in various industries and especially in banking, insurance and retail.
- I am based in Ottawa, Canada, but these days I spend most of my time traveling to the United States.
