Centive was acquired by Xactly in January 2009. Both companies were major competitors to each other, providing an On-Demand sales performance management solution for the small to mid market SPM segment. Their solution was called Centive Compel. Xactly will support the Compel application until around July 2010. After that, Xactly Incent and Centive Compel should be “merged” into one application.
